analytics. All service deliverables and timelines are subject to agreement upon
subscription or service contract.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan. All
fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through BROADTEL.net, including branding, content, software,
and designs, are the intellectual property of BROADTEL and may not be copied or
reused without permission.
6. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the
performance, content, or availability of these services.
7. SMS Disclosure
By opting into our SMS communication services, you consent to receive text
messages from BROADTEL.net or its clients for the following purposes:
Appointment reminders
Event notifications and updates
Marketing and promotional messages
Donation and fundraising appeals
Account updates, alerts, and verification codes (2FA)
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our platform and
associated campaigns.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Your mobile number and opt-in information will be handled in accordance with
our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole
discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all
implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
USTelekom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising out of your use or inability to use the services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Text Message Communications:
We use text messaging to communicate with you about your service. Normal messaging rates apply and
the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13. Data Privacy:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All
other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be
shared with any third parties.
14. Opt-Out Option:
Opt-out of text message communications. You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying to
any message with STOP, contacting us at cs@broadtel.net. This will end the communications from that
particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text
messages from other phone numbers managed by Company, and you may opt out of those similarly.
